Than you can find some tips to our shopping system. If you get to our online shop, you can find on the left side the group of articles. As soon as you click on this group of articles, the pertinent sub-groups are shown. If you decided for a sub-group, then you receive with the next click the listing of the articles in this sub-group.

Now you see at the left a small button with the name info, as soon as you click on it, you get the detailed information to this article. If the article assures to you and the price pleases you, click on the button lay in the shopping basket. The shopping basket is your virtual trolley, any time you can insert or take out an article, as like as a usual purchase in the supermarket. Above on the side are five buttons among others the shopping basket, with a click on it you see at any time which article lies in the shopping basket. Here you can change the quantity of the articles, with a click on the pencil remove an article from the shopping basket or select the manner of payment. As soon as you made a change in the shopping bag, it is important to click on the button update, so the shopping basket can store your modification.
How you can order?
If you put all desired articles into the shopping basket, you get to the cash box. Our cash box is the button Order Now, if you click on it, you get your purchase order form. There are all articles, which you put into the shopping basket, specified again. Now you only need to enter your personal data and possibly the bank account or the credit card data and to click on the button "Purchase" and we already receive your information. Subsequently you get an e-mail as a confirmation of us.

Please consider, the general trading conditions protect not only us, but also you against bad surprises and misunderstandings. With ambiguity we ask you to take up with us contact because with transmission, the general trading conditions are considered to the order at us as assumed!

 

 

General Trading Conditions

1. Conclusion of a contract
Your contractor for all orders is the ACI Service and Vertriebs GmbH, Ostcharweg 72, 45665 Recklinghausen, Germany. The sales contract comes off, if the ACI Service and Vertriebs GmbH assumes the order by supply of the commodity or by report of the distribution.

2. Supply
We directly supply all articles, which are send away in package or dispatch bag by the German Post AG to you at home or to another, desired supply address. If necessary we deliver big and bulky articles starting from 30 kg weight by forwarding business to you. Our forwarding business contacts you before delivery, in order to co-ordinate a date of delivery

The supply usually takes place with available commodity in three to ten working-days, however in each case as fast as possible. If once an article should not be available, we inform you on the calculation or you receive a written notification.

Our supply takes place under the reservation that we are supplied ourselves in time and correctly. In the case of late supply compensation is impossible, as far as insists no rough negligence on our side.

3. Supply to your desire address
With ACI you can also indicate gladly another address than supply address. Then the orders are supplied within your country automatically to this address.

4. Return Right
You have 14 days long - after receipt of the commodity - an unrestricted return right. For period keeping the punctual sending off of the commodity is sufficient.

With orders up to an amount of € 40 the customer have to pay the regular costs of the return of the commodity, otherwise the supplied commodity do not corresponds to the ordered one. With orders of more than € 40 you can send back the commodity to us dispatch-free and we will refund the forwarding expenses to you. Please inform us before the return - absolutely with indication of your customer number - because otherwise we cannot assign the return.

Excluded from the return are unsealed audio-, video recordings and software as well as commodity, which were made according to customer data or which are clearly cut to the personal needs of the customer or which are not able for return due to their condition. Underwear, dessous and pantihose can be returned only in unopened condition.

The commodity must be naturally in each case in a resalable condition and is to be send in the original package. Because with a degradation (e.g. by obvious customs traces) or with disappear of the commodity before return the customer has to pay a use payment results or the value has to be replaced from the customer.
If it should pass in the case of transport that ordered commodity is damaged, we naturally take over the costs of the return.

After receipt of the commodity by us the commodity value as well as possible forwarding expenses are refunded to you. The commodity value of returns is credited to you under indication of your account number

5. Forwarding expenses
Orders in the commodity value off 50 € (in the book Shop off 50 € ) were deliver forwarding expenses-free. Please take from this table the forwarding expenses for orders with a smaller value.

6. Payment possibilities
You can select between the following payment means:
- payment by credit card
- payment by before paying
- payment by direct debit authorization (only Germany) - payment by cash on delivery (only Germany)
- payment by cheque
Up to the complete payment the commodity is property of the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH.

7. SSL Encoding
All personal data such as address or data to your credit card are coded over SSL and thereby are during the transmission via Inter Net "safe to eavesdrop". Detailed information to coding and data security you receive under the point "data security ".

8. Guarantee
By the ACI immediately applies the extended guarantee of 2 years after new right.

9. Applicable Right

1. Which information do we collect from you?

1.1. Online profit plays and contests

If you participate interactive meetings like online profit plays or contests with us, we have to ask you for your name, your E-mail address and your address as well as for information which are important for the choice of price (like size, if the price is an clothes, etc.). So you can participate in the profit play, we can contact you if you win and we can send you the price. You can choose, if you log on again with each play or contest on which you want to participate, or if you want you to register comfortably and simply over the customer account (see 2.1).


2. Online order by the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH

If you give up an online order in one of our own shops, we have to ask you for your name, your E-mail address and your address as well as for the address for dispatch, your bank code and your account number or your credit card number, the KPN number and those closing date. We want you to inform about your rights in reflect of the BDSG.

5.1.1. What is the right on information? You have a right of information, that means you can inquire at any time for which purpose we store your data furthermore you can directly inquire the stored data concerning your person.

5.1.2. How can you make use from the right of information? Very easy: You send an e-mail, in which you add the data, an identification proof (like a digital signification) and a short reason to info@aci-vertrieb.de from which you want to get information. We need an indentification like a digital signature to prevent your data of possible attacks of not entitled user, which indicate your name. We answer you after an effected examination of the identification by e-mail.

5.1.3. How much does the use of the right of information cost? The information is free of charge - only in the case of proof relevant costs we count the costs of the use of the information right, which lets understand on the basis of the proof costs.


5.2. Right of correction, deletion and blocking

5.2.1 What is the right of correction and deletion? If you know that your information changed or you doubt the correctness of your saved information, you can demand that the information are corrected or cleared.

5.2.2. How you can make use of this right? We offer you every time online the possibility to accomplish the correction/deletion with your registered e-mail address and your password of actual data.
