well as safety-relevant protection and to make you attentive to your rights as data subject after German rights (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG,
Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz - TDDSG, Teledienstegesetz - TDG) and after EU-right (EU-Datenschutzdirektive 95/46/EG and 97/66/EG). We want you to

1. Which information do we collect from you?
1.1. Online profit plays and contests
If you participate interactive meetings like online profit plays or contests with us, we have to ask you for your name, your E-mail address and your address
as well as for information which are important for the choice of price (like size, if the price is an clothes, etc.). So you can participate in the profit play, we can
contact you if you win and we can send you the price. You can choose, if you log on again with each play or contest on which you want to participate, or if
you want you to register comfortably and simply over the customer account (see 2.1).
2. Online order by the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH
If you give up an online order in one of our own shops, we have to ask you for your name, your E-mail address and your address as well as for the address
for dispatch, your bank code and your account number or your credit card number, the KPN number and those closing date. Only so we can adapt and
accomplish your order inform you about the order status.
2.1. Customer Account
If you apply a customer account with us to profit of their connected advantages (like to query the order status, to see the order history, etc.) and to use
comfort, so we have to ask you for your name, your address, your birthday (for the access control to contents) as well as with participation in exclusive
profit plays for the data like in 1.1 shown. Additionally you have to define your E-mail address and the password. Over the e-mail address and the password
you can change contents of the customer account at any time, rectify or to delete and you can use the entire range for yourself.
2.2. Feedback, Contact
If you use our possibility of feedback, so you don't have to announce your name. In the case of a feedback E-mail the content of your massage is passed on
to the responsible co-workers, which will see to you massage/complaint/animation at once. We take the feedback messages very seriously and use them for
the purpose of the improvement and optimization of the offer of the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH.
2.3. Newsletter
We offer you a newsletter service to supply you regularly with actual and interesting product information. Therefore we need your E-mail address. You can
cancel the newsletter at any time by activating with clicking the appropriate small box „cancel newsletter“.
3. For which purpose do we use your data?
How do we use them? We use your information from 1.1 to 2.3 to make you the here indicated service achievements of the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH
possible. The data are used additionally in order to refine our personal offer to you and to improve our services directly to you.
We want to update the offer and the performances of the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH! We want you to save you an optimal service. Therefore we analyse
the behaviour of our visitors and customers. This is the only way to inform you about themes, offers etc., in which you are interested. We don't want you to
confront you with uninteresting information - that is a part of the ACI-Quality-Service.
If you don't want to get information of us, you can deactivate the newsletter and your personal data at any time (described in 2.3). By special profit plays about
sponsors of the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH there is the possibility, that we transmit your data to the sponsors. If this should be the case, we will inform
you with each profit play, at whom the data are passed on, and it is your free decision whether you would like nevertheless to participate in the profit play or not.
4. How do we protect your information?
The ACI attaches importance to the protection of your data. We use a firewall-system to protect your data of attacks of the internet. Our Intranet is shaped by
a logical access system, which protects your data against bad accesses of the internet. We have a backup system, which secures your data daily, so they
cannot lose.
5. Which are your rights?
We want you to inform about your rights in reflect of the BDSG.
5.1. Right on information
5.1.1. What is the right on information? You have a right of information, that means you can inquire at any time for which purpose we store your data
furthermore you can directly inquire the stored data concerning your person.
5.1.2. How can you make use from the right of information? Very easy: You send an e-mail, in which you add the data, an identification proof
(like a digital signification) and a short reason to info@aci-vertrieb.de from which you want to get information.
We need an indentification like a digital signature to prevent your data of possible attacks of not entitled user, which indicate your name. We answer you
after an effected examination of the identification by e-mail.
5.1.3. How much does the use of the right of information cost? The information is free of charge - only in the case of proof relevant costs we count the costs
of the use of the information right, which lets understand on the basis of the proof costs.
5.2. Right of correction, deletion and blocking
5.2.1 What is the right of correction and deletion? If you know that your information changed or you doubt the correctness of your saved information, you
can demand that the information are corrected or cleared.
5.2.2. How you can make use of this right? We offer you every time online the possibility to accomplish the correction/deletion with your registered e-mail
address and your password of actual data. If it concerns of older volume data or you are not a registered insider, it is nevertheless easy: You send an e-mail,
in which you accurate indicate the data you want to be corrected/deleted and register yourself (like an digital signature) and a short reason to
info@aci-vertrieb.de.
We have to insist on the identification with a digital signature or with an other suitable document of identification to prevent your data of illegitimately inquires
of „correction/deletion“! Unfortunately we cannot make a deletion of data, which are needed for the fulfilment of an existing business. We
accomplish after an examination of the correctness of the inquiry and the correction/deletion and inform you then by e-mail.
5.2.3. What does the use of this right cost? The correction/deletion is free of charge - only in the case of proof relevant costs we count the costs of the use
of the information right, which lets understand on the basis of the proof costs.
6. Your affirmation
The use of our web side is considered as your agreement for the collection and use of the information defined before of the ACI Service & Vertriebs GmbH,
which takes place by us ourself on technical basis. We will publish any changes of this guideline on this side.
